Our first visit to this gem of a winery having visited many in the Hunter Valley over the last 7 years. So refreshing to enjoy beautifully made wines that are a little different and not too expensive all in a wonderfully relaxed setting.
We had attentive service from the lovely Julia and her son Harrison who is assistant winemaker to Dan and even met Dan himself. We didn’t have a cheese platter but they looked good and we enjoyed all of the wines presented for tasting, leaving with 4 or 5 bottles of our favourites.
Plenty of room for kids to run around in the paddock and dogs are welcome.
We will definitely be back for another visit.

We have been to many vineyards in the Hunter Valley and Binet Family Wines is by far one of our favourites! Delicious wines paired with a beautiful cheese platter. Even the wine maker poured our wines for us. Incredible attention to detail and beautiful surrounds. Binet is definitely a go to and we can't wait to come back!!

What an enjoyable experience! We were recommended to visit this winery and would highly recommend others to visit. The gents were more than accommodating and it was so refreshing to hear from the wine maker himself about his wines.

My boyfriend and I are new to drinking wine, and wanted to see what we liked. We were very pleased with how we were treated by Harrison in the cellar door, he was very helpful and we ended up getting four bottles. Lovely atmosphere, very pleasant experience.

We have visited Hunter Valley twice now and seen probably close to twenty vineyards here.

This place has been rated highly by James Halliday and for good reason, or should we say good taste.

We tasted the Domaine de Binet wines and were immediately blown away by the unique tastes. Our iHop vineyard tour operator warned us this is the place where people make their most purchases. More of an prediction than warning. Left with a box of great wines: Reds Accidental Tourist, Shiraz Dolcetto, Chambourcin; Whites Le Crazy Coq; Rose Moscato.

Do yourself a favor and check in. You will enjoy the wines and friendly staff who know their products.

Definitely visit!!

This is my favourite winery in the Hunter area by a sizable margin. Dan and the team are great value and make you feel like you're old friends relaxing on their veranda.

I have now visited their winery six times with various groups or with my partner and every time we fall in love with the place a little more.

Recommend becoming a member, not only to you get a great wine package every 6 months. The complementary cheeseboard you receive when you visit is amazing!

This is a genuine review from a customer who recommends visiting this place. The cellar door is a simple deck with nice chair and umbrellas for a hot day, but the wine is good and the experience is amazing!

This is hands down the best Vineyard in the Hunter Valley.

The wines are of premium quality, as are the owners and staff.

Their membership is most definitely the best - one could have!

Perfect and picturesque location to top it off!

Dan and Natalie are such a wonderful welcoming team! And their wines were pretty good too! This is hands down my favourite winery in the hunter valley, it is a must stop and definitely have the cheese platter! Schedule at least 2 hours here, you won’t want to leave!!!
