Visited here many times in the summer & sometimes winter, due to family living in the local area, great for dog walking, mini quad biking, hand-braking your car around on the sand & general days out, bbq's on beach etc

I go here quite regularly with my dog and we always have a nice walk here. Paying for parking is okay as it pays for the upkeep. There's a nice little gift shop and the toilets are nice. It's quite good for an educational visit...More

Beautiful wind swept place, with a clear horizon and a primeval submerged forest - stuff of legends! Run up and down the dunes, sunbathe and dream to the sound of the waves.

We have been back year after year and absolutely love it here. It is beautiful, peaceful, yet you meet plenty of other like minded dogwalkers and I ALWAYS feel calmed by the sea and the sand stretches for miles when the tide is out. Can...More

This is a beautiful and amazing place to visit. The views and wind are breathtaking. Children can run freely with so much space to explore. My children loved playing in the pools left by the retreating tide. Great natural fun all round.
