Pebble beach, bring swimming shoes for the best experience. Nice bars and restaurants around with cheap food and drinks.Visited July 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 16 February 2024
- Alliohna490 contributionsToo busyAs with many costal areas in Budva this time of year it gets cramped with tourists and cars. Local government should pay more attention to cleaning the bins and pavements as they get really dirty. But the sea is still beautiful.Visited June 2024Travelled with familyWritten 29 June 2024
- Barbara SLudlow, United Kingdom8 contributionsFrustrating, not as we expected, although our hotel was very good.Stunning scenery and good hotel at the Iberostar Bellvue. Unfortunately we wouldn't go again. Lovely coastal walks are spoilt with piles of rubbish...old loungers, sun beds...debris was piled outside cafes and on the beach and on the other side of the road could be found old caravans, cars.....some of it had been there for a long time. Not all was bad as there were little areas in between that were well kept. Tivat airport was a nightmare on arrival and departure.Visited June 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 14 July 2024
- korenyarivKefar Sava, Israel588 contributionsGreat for a morning walkA morning walk on the seaside promenade is a refreshing and inspiring experience. Every morning, I enjoy the fresh air and the stunning view of the blue sea. The walk provides me with time to think and disconnect from the daily routine, allowing me to start the day with positive energy. The promenade offers a comfortable and safe walking path, with a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. The quiet and tranquility of the morning, along with the sound of the waves, create a calming and refreshing atmosphere. Additionally, the walk improves physical fitness and enhances overall health. I highly recommend everyone to try a morning walk on the seaside promenade. It’s a wonderful way to start the day and enjoy nature and the morning peace.Visited September 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 6 September 2024

I'm at Becici beach right now. It's August 20. I am writing this short review. The beach is long and quite wide. It is located on the promenade with many bars and restaurants. There was no problem with parking the car. Currently, there are about 2-3 thousand people on the beach. The crowd is terrible. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around. Renting such a set for the whole day costs 10 Euro. Until noon on the beach there was a buzz and noise from people. Now the noise was joined by very loud music from a dozen beachfront bars. Mostly club and techno music. I feel like at a disco. As for the beach, it is mostly sand and some gravel. The beach is surrounded by mountains and lots of high-rise hotels. Well, I don't really recommend this place. Unfortunately, Montenegro is not known for its beautiful beaches ;)

Expensive rental of sun loungers 15-25€ depending on whether you want to lie along the entire promenade. Dirty water where dirt foams off the surface. Plasters and other dirt float around. Crammed with people both in the water and on the beach. The sun loungers are very close together and in some places you are not allowed to move them after the sun. You have to go far out to experience clear water. Lack of toilets, which might explain a lot. Good with showers anyway. The boats that run water sports are very disturbing and emit black exhaust that smells bad.

Walked over to Beccicci beach a couple of days ago on orthodox Easter Sunday, and spent the afternoon in the sun (20 degrees).
A huge beachfront with sporadic coffee shops & eateries. They are obviously recovering from the 2 lost summer seasons (2020/2021) due to Covid and are getting ready for the upcoming 2022 summer season. Lots of run down businesses that didn’t survive covid and the beach could do with s good tidy up.
The sea is clean and lovely to swim in. Not our favourite beach on the Budva riviera but once it’s had a little TLC I’m sure it would go up in our estimations.

we were yesterday in Bečićka Plaza, yes it was a bit polluted the leaves from the tree, but that we had last week in Croatia also and unlike Croatia the prices are really cheap e.g. coffee on the beach 2,20€ and everything else we have experienced so far in Crna Gora (Montenegro) much better and the hospitality of everyone there was great we felt comfortable. I'll be back with my family next year if the prices stay that way.

Becici is very nice, good mix of accommodation (inc. some less nice old high rise) and bars / restaurants. Lovely gravel beach with clear water. Lots to see out & about quite nearby. Budva in next bay has a beautiful old town and lively night life. On the down side if flying to Dubrovnik the transfer time with the hard border crossing are up to 7 hours in the Summer!

The beach itself is fantastic with clear water and good sunbeds.
But they play such loud music that when you want to order something in the bar you have to point to the menu because no one can hear when you're talking.
Love music but this just gets too stupid when all the nightclubs play in each other's mouths and at the same volume!
Very sad…

Can anybody tell me the average cost of Beer and wine in the bars?.
Written 7 January 2017
You can buy a local beer for 1.50 euro.
Local wine which is very good is about 1.20 a glass, but it is probably better value to buy by the bottle or ask for a carafe of local wine."Domaci"
You can buy a litre of local good wine in the supermarket for less than 2 euro!
Like every country if you choose to buy imported wine it will be expensive.
I live here and find the quality of the local beer and wine to be very cheap and good!

Written 21 June 2016
