Not the best
Dec. 2019 • Friends
We spent maybe an hour at the place - and min. 30 of them we was waiting - mostly in their shop to get the tour started.

The tour was not very much to see. An industrial site were they store their wine. Did not see the wine fields.

Felt very unpersonal the whole thing. The tasting was ok.

Nice visit and wine tasting but rip-off wines
Jul. 2019 • Couples
The visit and wine tasting is nice, with a very informative chat about Santa Julia, which is owned by Zuccardi.
For ARS 180 per person you can walk around, listen to the guide and taste 4 wines.
You also have a chance to buy wines, olive oil, chutneys and even pictures, among other things they sell. But don't get tempted as if you go to the supermarket you will find the same wine, and same brand around 40% cheaper! For example I bought a sweet bubbly Santa Julia for ARS425 there while I saw it just over 200 at different supermarkets later. It is a shame that you go to their place and pay almost double.
Lunch at Pan y Oliva restaurant is a good option after the visit.

Guided tour

The best experience ever!! We went there as part of a tour package that included visits to other vineyards as well. Santa Julia was our last stop. What an amazing attention to customer satisfaction! Husband and I asked for vegetarian meals. We were (with others in the tour) offered the most delicious four course lunch with three different wines to taste. It definitely surpassed our expectations. Last item in the program while there was to visit the olive oil factory. Unfortunately they were closed due to some construction. But we got to taste three different olive oils. The lady guide was very knowledgeable and explained in both Spanish and English. Two thumbs up to this amazing Santa Julia winery!!
