We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The canal bridge is an easy drive in the SE outskirts of Moissac accessed via Chemin de Rhode, Le Cacor. You can pretty much drive up to the base (no formal car park that we saw) where there is a series of steps to climb up for a close inspection. From the canal edge you will have views over the river valley and the chance to watch boats pass by and into a lock where the water level rises and falls to allow boats to move upstream/downhill. The pathway, other than on the canal bridge itself, is shady and very inviting for a stroll. A free, fun way to spend some time with the kids seeing something that they've probably never seem before. If its a nice day, add it to your sight seeing plans when in the area.

Would be nice to reinstate the Locks at the Wier and Hydro Electric station to enable uninterrupted passage along the River Tarn.

I had never seen a pont canal and frankly, it’s an amazing sight. Very beautifull. Well worth the stop.

Le Pont de Canal is worth seeing, either from the river Tarn or along the toll path itself. It's an aqueduct taking leisure boats from the east to west of France.

This bridge is best viewed from below early in the morning as the sun rises and captures the red brick work. Walk along the walkway/cycle way under the bridge away from the bridge and then turn back towards the bridge. You will capture the sun hitting the bridge and a wonderful red reflection on the river. This makes for a worthwhile picture. After return and walk over the bridge and back to experience the bridge and for road level pictures

We have a French friend who lives on the canal. We set off on a walk and were really impressed by the construction of this wonderful canal bridge. You can cycle there as well.

We cycled on the pont canal on our way to Carcassonne and came across that ingenious contraption; a suspended canal over the Garonne and diverse urban features. Well worth the visit.

There is a walk from city centre along the canal de Garonne and Tarn river. You could enjoy the countryside, piece and quite. There are even benches to sit and either enjoy the view or read a book. You could see the small boats go through locks. The bridge over Tarn river is nice with good views.

Perfect place to wander and take in the local views. Easily accessible and paved with a number of locks where you can watch the canal users in action. Highly recommended
