Taman Ayun Temple is a Royal Temple of Mengwi Empire and it is located in Mengwi Village, Mengwi sub district, Badung regency and about 18 Km north side of Denpasar town. It is strategically located beside of major roadway between Denpasar to Singaraja. It is set on the land which is surrounded by the big fish pond and look like a drift on the water

Nice place to visit nothing so extra-ordinary. Remember to carry your own sarong before you visit this place. IDR 30,000 pp entrance fee includes a drink (pick the water bottle).

Taman means beautiful and ayun means park..... And it is true to the name.it has many temples inside the vicinity. And it offers great ambience for travellers to re gain their energy after soo much of traveling.

Even with a large number of visitors it's possible to find some peace and quiet since the area is very huge. You can take a walk around it. Don't forget a bottle of water, if it is hot.

Beautiful and serene temple. The temple compound has beautiful gardens. Nice place to walk around. Taman Ayun Temple is also known an Temple of royals. The temple showcases beautiful Balinese architecture.

I don’t know about booking on line. We hired our driver for the day through the Villas we stayed at. He was a great driver and took us foe a whole day to lots of places.
