By all means, choose another hot spring place. The one star I gave here is for the view. The loud electro music played is very disturbing, there is no way of relaxing listening to that. Pool is just so so. For the price of 180thousand you would expect better service but no, the front office lady is downright rude and... More

Infinity pool over looking the ocean to Mt Agung (one of the highest volcanos in Bali). Natural hot springs from the active volcano. Massage was good, we got the reflexology. Came past after the sunrise hike, great for the joints and muscles after a challenging hike. Lunch is good here.

The view was really nice, and the water nice and hot. The rest was kind of a disappointment. The décor was weird, with lots of purple elefants. There was loud electro remix music playing, which was ruining the relaxed atmosphere you would expect in a hotspring. Half of the food on the menu was not available. Also we thought there... More

After a wonderful hike up Munt Batur volcano , we arrived with a booking through BALI SMART TRAVELLER and were very poorly received: Had to wait for a room for 3 hours Finally we got our " LUXURY" Villa. And discovered bed bugs galore!!! And plenty other damages !,, ''This property is not maintained .SUCH A SHAME! See pictures below.

Good place for relax and enjoy afternoon. It take 2 hours from Kuta to arrived in here but it's worth. The spring water is warm perfect combined with cool weather.

After a long drive from Kuta, I suggest others to help yourself with a driver because it's a tiring drive with sharp curves, high climbs, and gravels. There were two entrances: one for locals one from foreigner (I went to the local one, entrance cost IDR 60k). I saw a couple of a foreigner traveling with a local and the... More

First maybe you will feel the fatigue of travel that bit further to be able to get to this place. But it will pay off when you come in and try to enjoy the natural beauty on offer of hot springs mixed with the beauty of the mountains view. No need to bring towels or food, because it has provided... More
