A silent and solemn temple

This is a historic and solemn temple. Its temple gate is huge and has a thatched roof. You can come in touch with old Japanese culture. Its precincts have many large trees and a mystic atmosphere. If you want to make noise with your friends, you shouldn’t go there. Just those who want to feel the nature, history, silence and practice their faiths should go there.

Really beautiful

Don't ignore this during your visit to Yufuin. We really enjoyed this place, and is only a 10 minute walk from Kinrinko lake
