変わらない心と技、凛とした酒

飲み飽きない、これぞ福岡の美酒、ということで訪問しました寒北斗酒造株式会社。酒作りを始めてから300年（文献で年代が確認できるところから数えて）、以前は「喜久玉の井」の名称でした。英彦山系馬見山の伏流水を仕込み水として使用、食事の邪魔をしないお酒としての評価は高いです。現存の建物の中で二つの酒蔵、事務所棟は国登録有形文化財に指定されています。
