Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good to take a look if you are in Kuala Kangsar. For a 140 year old rubber tree, planted in 1877, she is very fat but looks real healthy. There are old machines for making rubber sheets placed alongside it. It is situated on the same road as the old Pavillion and the Malay College; at the other end. Next to the Land & District office building.

Nice that this tree has been recognised and afforded its history. We liked seeing it and connecting with its story.

Well, if you do have time to kill, it won't harm to stop by this place for 5 min to take some pics and move on to other places. :)

I always thought that rubber trees were thin and smallish - never knew that they could look so impressive when aged - a lot better looking than palm oil trees anyway. There is a little plaque outside the tree too
There is nothing else apart from looking at a tree but it is good to see nature in its glory.
