閉店時間ぎりぎりに伺いましたが、とても親切に相手をして下さり、たくさんのワインを試飲させて頂きました。
甘口のワインは作らないというこだわりをお持ちで、どのワインもとても美味しかったです。
最後に試飲させて頂いたビネガーもとても美味しく、帰ってマリネを作るのが楽しみです。美味しいジュースも作れそうです。
ご親切にして頂きありがとうこざいました。
是非お取り寄せもしたいと思います。

オーナーさんのお話しが面白かったです。

最初はおじいちゃんが応対されてましたが、ひげもじゃの息子さんが登場してワイン醸造についての大変熱いお話しが聞けました。作っているお酒の種類も豊富で、酵母の話とか興味深かったです。正直、ベリーAのワインは避けて通るのですが、ここのはベリーAっぽくなくて、大変美味しかったです（良い意味で裏切られました）。ブルゴーニュ系の酵母が好みとおっしゃってたので、お好きな方は一度訪れてみてはいかがでしょうか？訪れたのは5月頭でしたが、その時点で20種類弱位のワインが揃っていました。全種類試飲させて頂けます。

目立たない一軒家だけど、ワインの種類は豊富

前日の夕食の際にレストランでここのワインを頂いたので寄ってみました。朝１０時過ぎに着いたために人がいなくて不安になりましたが、最終的にはとっても楽しいひと時を過ごしました。対応してくれたのは女性ですが、ワインの醸造は専務さんがほぼお一人でやってらっしゃるそう。そうとは信じられないくらいにワインの種類は豊富です。私たちは白ワインを４種類試飲して、１本買って引き揚げようとしたところ、「赤ワインは試飲しなくていいんですか？」と言われて、結局は赤白８種を試飲。友人はワインビネガーも試飲してました。お洒落なワイナリーとは程遠く、事務所みたいなスペースの横で試飲するのですが、空いていれば色々試せるし話も聞けるしお勧めです。

垢抜けのしないこのワイン店、お勧めしないかも。

ホームページサービスが更新中、とのことで何度電話をしても通じなく、直接、お店に伺ったが、スタッフの対応は最悪だった。昼時間は電話には誰も出ない。試飲は無い。ワインの販売のみ、とのことで、店内は雑然としていて、飾られているワインの数も少なく、予約のみに対応する、との一言で、数分で帰って来た。勝沼には沢山のワイン店があり、いろいろな所を訪ねたが、こういう扱いを受けたのは初めてだった。
