we went in a group slightly after the flower season , still the park was awesome . a good place to spend couple of hours amidst the beauty of nature arranged in a superb way . well laid out . Wisteria tree is awesome

Hi Brian, according to their own predictions, there will be hydrangeas flowering then. I think the roses and clematis would have finished. And too early for their Amethyst Sage and Autumn Roses. Ashikaga is on a JR line so... More

Not really. The Great Wisteria Festival is still going on and will be available until May 20. There were some flowers last April when we went that were only about to bloom. Bring a hat cause it is hot and not a lot of shade.
