約30年前に植樹された紅白のしだれ桜です。砂川堀の両岸500メートルにわたって119本植樹されています。4月の上旬に行ったところほぼ満開で綺麗でした。

3月29日午前中に見てきました。住宅街にある上に寒かったせいか、人通りはほとんどありませんでした。桜自体も５～６分咲くらいかな？あと2~3日欲しいところかと。
駐車場は基本ありません。実は近くに1か所コインパーキングがあるのですが、いつも満車なので狙っていかないほうが賢明かと。タイミングがあって空いていればラッキー！くらいでどうぞ。

枝垂桜は見事です。桜の時期は、この砂川掘り沿いのお宅にはご迷惑だろうなあと思うくらいの多くの人が散策しています。申し訳ないと思いながら訪れてしまう場所です。

周りは普通の住宅地なのでこんなところにあるのかと驚きました。
すぐそばには駐車場がないので、車で来た方はゆっくりを車で回っていましたが
住宅地と言うこともあり子供が1人で歩いていたりすることもあるので
駅近くの駐車場に止めて歩いてきた方がいいと思います。

毎年 来てます。水路の両脇にずっと続くしだれ桜はとても素晴らしい。凄く混んでたら又出直して ゆったり過ごします。一通の道路のすぐ脇なので、介護施設のミニバンとかでお年寄りも車の中から お花見🌸しに来ているので 混んでます。けど、それができるのがいいですね。

日が当たるところが先に咲いてしまったりで、例年一斉に咲くことはあまりないのですが、今年はほぼ同時でとてもきれいでした。
住宅街の中を流れる用水路の両側がしだれ桜になっており、桜の時期でも車も人も通行します。シートを敷いての花見はできません。
つきあたりにSLがある公園があって、そちらのソメイヨシノも美しいです。
