The waterfall is worth a visit. No swimming is permitted, but many do. The walk up the gentle incline from the lower car park isn't too taxing.

Bish Bash Falls is a gorgeous setting to unwind. You can get real close to the base of the falls, although swimming is prohibited. There are two ways to get to the falls and both require some walking. The first is on the New York...More

We walked in on the blue trail but from NY. It wasn’t too difficult and there is a staircase that leads down to the falls with a railing so I don’t know why people thought it was so strenuous. The falls were lovely though I...More

First, the falls are beautiful. They say you can't swim at the base, but everyone was in the water. Cold on a hot Berkshires summer day. Second, you have two choices on how to reach the base of the falls. From the Massachusetts entrance, it's...More

This was the first waterfall we visited during two days of hiking. It was nice and worth the visit. It by no means compares to waterfalls such as those in national parks like Yosemite and is supposedly the best one in the state of Massachusetts...More

Falls are very pretty and definitely worth the trip. Several reviewers indicated the falls were hard to find. I found the road signs were very well marked at every turn. That is important because there was no cell signal for a good portion of the...More

Unforgettable short hike... I love this place. I hiked here a lot when I was younger. Worth a trip if you live in Massachusetts... 8 miles from the New York border in south western Ma.
