Great place to take the dogs. Easy parking, free toilets and an ice cream van. . . Bonus. £6 to park but worth it. Good clean beach.

I myself took friends to formby beach they have traveled from London so it was a nice change to to the beach they fell in love with it and the views across the mersyside was brill

Myself and my fiancee took our dog to Formby beach. The beach was very clean!! There is a Forest that you can also walk around. I have heard that there a res squirrels in the forset, however we did not see any.

I would say not - I never saw any - just a massive beach with pools of water and wonderful sand dunes - but well worth a visit

I didn't see any. What I did see was plenty of well behaved dogs off of their lead enjoying themselves.
