    Good ski center
Overall I am satisfied with my visit even though the weather was not great during my time there. Ski slopes were well prepared covered by solid amount of snow, which is rare during this winter in Europe. However entire center was quite crowded resulting in long wait to be dispatched by cabin car from valley to the ski slopes. Ski buses were crowded as well and sometimes the bus didn't arrive at al.

    Beauty and mass tourism
There is no discussion about the beauty of Val di Fassa: defining it as wonderful is even an understatement; the excursions to the nearby groups - Latemar, Catinaccio, Sassolungo, Sella and Marmolada - offer an enormous and diversified choice, enough to satisfy anyone; the receptivity, then, is traditionally well structured. The Achilles' heel, at least for us, lies in mass tourism and, consequently, in intense motorized traffic. There would also be a lot to say about the proliferation of ski lifts, with their annexes and connected ones. The score therefore mainly refers to the beautiful natural environments.

Stunning panoramic views await at Loc. SAS d’Adam.
This hike offers a thrilling adventure with breathtaking panoramic views. The trail is moderately challenging, making sturdy footwear essential. Starting from Pozza di Fassa, visitors can ascend to Loc. SAS d’Adam via a combination of cable car (Funivia) and chairlift (Seggiovia). The journey is worth every euro of the approximately 25€ per person fee. Upon reaching the summit, hikers will be rewarded with stunning vistas that make the climb well worth the effort.

Beautiful valley, full of interesting towns to visit both in summer for walks, strolls etc., and in winter for skiing, and in both periods to visit museums, churches, parishes and parks suggested by the Trentino Card, which can be accessed thanks to the location where you reside, which sends a registration code, before your arrival.
Personally I feel like making a note, or rather two....we come from a city full of cycle paths and pedestrian paths. The separation between the two serves to ensure that those who ride bicycles ... "do not hit" pedestrians, unlike the "mixed" paths in this valley; among other things, cyclists here also have the terrible habit of not announcing themselves by ringing the bell... don't worry... it has no cost and can be used. Another note, I find that along the cycle/pedestrian paths, there are very few rubbish bins and they are not cleaned enough: the undergrowth is full of waste and is absolutely not beautiful to look at.
Beautiful locations such as Moena, Pozza and Meida, Campitello, Pera.
Excellent valley for your holidays 💐💐💐

Val di Fassa is a valley in the Dolomites, located in Trentino. It is crossed by the delightful course of the Avisio torrent, which originates from the Marmolada glacier. Surrounded by some of the most famous Dolomite mountain groups.
In the heart of the Dolomites, its road, very busy even too much, runs and winds between mountain huts and refuges, with the possibility of a detour into the splendid Val San Nicolò.
When you enter Val di Fassa the first town is Moena the fairy, so you feel the spell by crossing and admiring the Catinaccio.
Furthermore, the road enters the fir forest and climbs up to find the Queen of the Dolomites: the Marmolada.
In my opinion the Fassa valley is the most beautiful, the most attractive, the most mysterious, the richest in surprises. It's a shame that all the tourists noticed it and then there was an endless line of cars slowly trying to reach their destination.

On the whole, that was fine. What seemed a little inappropriate to us is the fact that at dinner and full restaurant everything had been served very short and hectic.

The problem was probably that the time for the meal in the evening was only about 60 minutes. And moreover, the head of the house had a great influence on this situation.

Thus, the guests could very quickly notice that a certain speed was given in the exercise of the staff's activity. And with it the discomfort with the guest.

That was the only shortcoming in our view.

At breakfast everything was very different and perfectly successful.

And that we had to arrive due to a vehicle damage with a rental car (transmission had to be renewed on the outward journey in Rosenheim -9.500€ plus 500.00€ rental car ), we were allowed to pay a small Obolus (boss) in the amount of 80.00€, because we could not start a day of our planned holiday.

According to conditions, yes ok, but humanly inappropriate.

The village itself is lovely, several bars and restaurants and beautiful as you might expect. Where we were massively disappointed was the main lift up the Mountain in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the lift to the moment we got out of the lift was in excess of one hour! On the return from the mountain back to the village was over an hour too, every day! This meant that we wasted in excess of two hours per day, every day, queueing! FANTASTIC !!! For that reason alone we will NEVER stay in this village again. Towards the end of the week we were skiing down into one of the other villages and paying a minibus to take us back to our village as the lifts were so rubbish!

A shocking shame...
After spending the afternoon on the slopes we waited in vain for 4 buses, two scheduled and two ski buses.
In the snow with 3 small children and a baby we called several times with the same answer will it arrive or we don't know... Shameful!!! Only thanks to a lady who had mercy we managed to return to the campsite...Dear Val Di Fassa, you get a lot of money from tourists but the services suck...Never again

More than a thousand of kilometers of slopes and hundreds lifts are available for one skipass. Wonderful sightseeings and comfortable bars and cafes in slopes areas. Just a bit tricky way (about 20 kilometers of mountain serpentine) to get to Pozza di Fassa.

If you want to ski and your level is intermediate or higher, this ski area is not the best thing for you - there are 2 long slopes, one black (called Vulcano) and the one red, which are in fact basically quite easy, more appropriate should have been red and blue. The other slopes are very short, and they have old chairlifts. You have also some good aspects here: the view is quite spectaculat (like in all Dolomotes), you can connect to Sellaronda (but only after 3 long cable lifts) and there is no queue (noone comes here :) ).
For sure I will not come back here again.
