My recommendation is to avoid fortune island completely. There are better, cheaper, cleaner beaches nearby. There was trash all over the beach and no working toilets on the island. You were expected to deficate in a Ziploc bag and throw it away once you got back to shore. The only good about the island is that there's an amazing view... More

The beauty of this place is actually quiet good, water is so clean and the view is beautiful. The problem is it's kind of not really managed well. Before I went there I did a research of it and the most iconic spot is the greek looks ruins. Some of the pillar seems gone already when I visited and don't... More

The place is abandoned. I didn't actually enjoy the place. However, the greece touch on this island is quite good.

The boat ride going here is quite scary. You will find that the transport boats are not fully equipped with safety gears and I doubt the locals manning the boats are safety trained. We travelled with a group of 20 or so people and we were cramped in a very small boats (I imagine maybe this is how it feels... More

Went here with my friends last April and it was amazing! We kinda regret not staying overnight tho but we had a blast! Theres nothing to do there but its a perfect way to just chill with you friends and family and just enjoy the beach. Dont forget to bring your own tent and tons of sunblock! Although they provide... Up for a challenging escape? Don't look for hotel perks here. This place has no electricity and fresh water. No fancy comfort rooms. Make sure to bring flashlights or firewood. We had an incident with a sea snake, fun fact they are attracted to light, we learned this the hard way. So please don't panic and just lead them into... More

The place is breathe taking. Make sure you bring a lot of water and a chest of ice. No stores or hotels in the site, so better be prepared with your camp bags and kits. Survive the overnight stay. There are sea serpent around the place. You might kill each other. Don't do that. Just shoo them away.
