You have to pay to visit this waterfall, but it is worth it. The whole site went through renovation and it's now kind of a nature area. You can visit the waterfall, have a picnic there or going to the nice beaches downstream!

Some serious amounts water flows through here every second, on it way to Cambodia. Signage suggests it is the widest waterfall in the world. Nice walking area to view the falls from varying positions. Great photo opportunities. 55Kip entry fee

The waterfall is about two hours drive from Pakse. A very powerful and stunning of Mekong! It is a very beautiful site with stunning view.

There are several waterfalls in this part of Laos. All different and all spectacular in their own way. Don't compare them to Niagara or Victoria. Just enjoy them for their natural beauty.
