Lovely walk out to the falls, lots to see on the way, fantastic views of the valley and the falls. It rained when we went, but was still spectacular and in true Welsh style, the sun came out on the walk back.

I'd say it was doable, path is flat and a steady incline although gravel. I think you're best going to the top car park as the bottom one leads to steps up and over to the bridge to get across the stream.
