Had been to Dhanbad, Jharkhand from 10th December to 12th December 2019. Booked one AC Innova against a contract of Rs 9450/-. I deposited Rs 7000/- as an advance to their given Bank Account Bank Name : ICICI Bank Beneficiary : India Tourist Taxi A/C - 231405500389 IFSC - ICIC0002314 I transferred the amount Rs 7000/- on 4th December 2019 ref IMPS/P2A/933817607596/xxxxxxx389ICIC. Mr. Vijay Yadav was the man who was interacting. He gave confirmation about receiving the money as well as confirmation with number Booking ID ITT-25768. Till my journey date he did not send any particulars of Car, Driver & Phone Number. After my continuous persuasion one person Raju Yadav (7979772122) called me and told he is sending a car when I was in train and about to de-board at Dhanbad . I did not get any vehicle at Dhanbad station, arranged separately and reached my destination. About 2hrs later one Mahindra XUV 500 reported instead of Innova. Now it was a beginning of a new episode. The Raju Yadav asked money from me. When I informed that, I have paid Rs 7000/- already he became very surprised and informed that cheat Vijay Yadav did not pay him a single rupee. Then I connected Mr. Vijay Yadav and asked him to confirm about the payment. All of a sudden the fraud Vijay Yadav disconnected the phone call and did not pick up after several try. As I was with my family and no other alternatives so I had to pay separately to Raju Yadav. Later I came to know this India Tourist Taxi Company has nothing to do in Jharkhand. They are Uttar Pradesh based company having office at Gorakhpur. BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY & CHEATS. NEVER BELIEVE THEM. Although the company charged me very less for my travel from Dhanbad to Durgapur, but the driver was not at all punctual. Due to his being late, my trip was delayed by more than an hour.
