The place would look beautiful but there are too many ATVs and jeeps. Also 600,000 VND is too much for 15 mins ride with jeep.

You need to hire a jeep to get up the sand dunes (600,000 VDN) but it's a huge part of the adventure. The drivers are fast and aggressive but if you hold on it's a fun ride. Sand dunes themselves are beautiful.

Not too sure throughout the day but when I was there during sunrise, per person was 300,000 vnd but were not able to ride on our own. There will be a guide who will bring us up and down.
