If you cross to Korcula this may be your entry point to the city so it’s pretty awe inspiring! Magnificent stone work so carefully preserved across the centuries. A foretaste of what lies ahead within the city!

A wide staircase leads visitors up to a tower that originally guarded the land entrance to the walled city. Once inside the walls, turn around and admire the stone ornamentation above the entrance.

One of the places you have to visit in Korcula old town. Very nice views, not crowded as bell tower. Modest price and there was an exhibition about Moreska sword dance which is excellent addition to this historical site.

Excellent views over the city. Not too strenuous to walk up. Great to see Korcula and the harbour from this vantage point.
