Of course all of the lakes are lovely in the Lake District, this is one of six. All are beautiful with views and walks. This would be and is a wonderful area to visit for outdoor activities!

This is a very nice walk for an afternoon activerty. You will need walking boots as it can get stony and uneven. But the view is worth the efert.
