Our tour started with a bus ride to the rainforst. I expected this to be boring. Or guide, Michael was very informative and entertaining. The time seemed to go by very quickly. At the rainforest we were given backpacks with things we might need...snacks, towels, water, umbrellas. Dan was a guide. He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the... More

I was on a cruise and this was by far my favorite excursion. Our tour guide was Melba Ayala, she showed us so many things and told us so many things about what we were seeing. When I go back to Puerto Rico I will do this again for sure. What a beautiful experience.

We are a family of 5 who took the tour this December. We are serious about our nature hikes and were disappointed that our group did not all feel the same way. Some found the pace quick and others talked while we were trying to listen to our excellent tour guide. We have done several excursions while travelling and found... More

Our hike was a half mile down to the river instead of the waterfall, but we were able to take a refreshing swim once at the bottom. The water felt great! The hike itself was not difficult, and we went slowly so as not to miss anything. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna, and pointed out... More

The guides were informative and helpful. They answered any questions we had. There was one incident where a woman passed out (she locked her knees) and they were very quick and attentive. Over all we had a great time.

Even though it was raining, our guides were both thoughtful and informative. We were able to take pictures along the way. We were well equipped with umbrellas and snacks! Altogether, a great time. The walk itself was not too difficult, allowing us to look around and enjoy the uniqueness of the rainforest

We booked this tour on board our cruise ship as a day out, along with approx. 25 other people. It was very well organised, and we enjoyed it. Me & husband are 39 and in reasonable fitness, but there were a couple of people on our trip who struggled a bit with the steepness of the hills. Our tour guide... More

We were thoroughly impressed with the whole crew. From the time we got off the ship until we returned, the whole trip was highly organized and efficient. We appreciated Mike's attention to preserving the ecology of the rainforest and how he made us aware of how fragile the area is. He was extremely knowledgeable about the forest and was eager... Knowledgable guide and pretty easy to manage if you are reasonably fit. We enjoyed the hike and nature experience. Only downside was the crowdedness at the actual waterfall but still definitely worth it!
