The Rum Cake Factory was fun. There isn't much more then a gift-shop with tasting. It was part of the Carnival Cruise excursion "Explore Cayman by Land and Sea" I understand now why all the quick stops. These places are small. I expected to see...More

This was high on my list to visit and was a little disappointed - some rum cake samples and rum but not much else.

No much to see and do, other than taste Rum Cake and have an opportunity to buy it on site. I don't think prices were better than other places on the island.

This location has a small souvenir shop with rum cakes for sale ($6-$24) in addition to sauces, magnets and a few bottles of sea salt. It’s worth a 5 min stop & is next to the Cracked Conch / Macabuca so it was easy to...More

Nice little place that sells about every flavor of rum cake known to humanity! Small free samples and a friendly atmosphere set in this tropical, relaxing store. You can also get trinkets for the little ones in your life (or bigs) back home. Worth a...More

We were on a cruise and stopped in Grand Cayman, we visited the Tortuga cake factory, but it's more for visitors to buy souvenirs then anything else. Yes you get to try a small piece of cake but that's all. its not worth the money.

We were given samples of rum and the rum cakes. The prices were reasonable and my friend's purchase was delivered to the ship as scheduled.

My daughter and I stopped here to visit on our vacation and sampled some of the rum cakes. We felt they were good but really strong. We enjoyed the animals that were outside and felt like it was a really neat place.

We stopped at the Rum Cake factory to sample some rum cake and buy rum. It is delicious but expensive. Then we went out back and ate some "cake by the ocean." The vanilla rum is excellent with Coke.

Yes, you can buy bottles of flavored rum ( yum ), and they are inexpensive. I also recommend the rum cake! If you are going on a cruise the cruise ship will hold the bottles of rum until the last night, but we got lucky and... More
