This place is overpriced. Seeing the large turtles when you walk in is impressive but that's about it. I think if we had had young children with us they may have gotten a kick out of it but no for a group of adults.

We had visited the turtle farm 16 years ago before hurricane Ivan devastated the island. Since they have rebuilt it has become like a Disney World, instead of a turtle breeding facility. You can still love up on the babies. Just hold them over the tank and gently rub them under their necks and they will calm quickly. You will... More

Very interesting. Clean facilities and nice employees. But.... Our family left being immensely concerned about the care and welfare of the turtles in the shallow pools. No education as to how to pick up and hold the turtles except a sign that is kind of at the end of that experience. Not enough supervision over the exuberant children that are... More

good for kids and adults alike - large and small turtles - would recommend for all visitors to see the work done to maintain turtle well being and the aviary is great fun

We stopped here on a trip to Grand Cayman. Entrance fee for just the farm was $18 per person (there is a water park attached, but we did not go there). The farm itself was educational and we learned about the turtles and a bit of history of the farm. You can see an area with large turtles (500 lbs... More

Never seen so many large sea turtles. There were lots of pools and lagoons of sea turtles. There is a chance for people to hold and let the smaller turtles and a chance to swim with that turtles. Right across the road was the dolphin exhibits.

My husband and I loved the Turtle Encounter! From the size of the turtles in the breeding pond to the touch tank to the lagoon swim, we had a great time. We arrived at 10 am, which is a good time to beat most of the cruise ship traffic. We waited until the end of our 4 hour visit to... More

With visiting friends, visited this event for first time and we enjoyed walking around the paths past a cool albino peacock, a croc sleeping, a film on The Farm's hisoory and preserving sea turtles...we enjoyed aviary which was small screened area of cool birds: cute green Cayman pair of parrots, Isid (BIRDS!...cool color), and variuos friendly doves and little feeders... I have mixed feelings about the turtle farm as they do raise turtles for local food. We did the shorter tour ($18) and the kids enjoyed seeing turtles up close and holding them (if over 5).

Just an ok park. We got a package with the dolphins otherwise I don't know that we would have gone. Bird sanctuary didn't have very many birds. Nice to hold a turtle but that lasted a few seconds.
