Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was looking for a massage after a long week sitting at my desk and a friend had recommended to me Chinese Health Zone in Elwood. After having many good massages in China I was keen to find good Chinese massage here in Melbourne. There aren’t many listed on Trip advisor for Melbourne which is surprisingly, especially in the St. Kilda area so I thought I had better add this one.

Upon arrival I was invited in and sat down to discuss what type of massage treatment I was after (Relaxing of course ) and then for any problems area’s that required extra attention. I was then basically put to sleep as my masseuses applied the right mixture of pressure to release and loosen my sore muscles then followed up with a relaxing pressure for me to forget where I was. I know I have had a good massage when it takes my body a couple of minutes to get started again at the end of the session and this was no exception.
It is a nice building in a quiet location, nearly too quiet for me so I suggested some back ground music would be a nice touch, but that is a personal preference.
So if you have a few sore spots that have been causing you trouble, I recommend you go visit Chinese Health Zone the owner is a lovely lady.
Or if you just want to treat yourself, that is fine too. ;-)
Also while you are down in this beautiful part of Melbourne head to Ackland St for the fantastic cakes and coffee and then wander to the beach or the lovely St. Kilda Botanical Gardens to relax.
