Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is unlikely that one will stumble onto this place accidentally- as it is literally in the middle of nowhere. There are signs pointing to Gullfiskvatnet - Gold Fish Lake - but even when we got there we had a hard time locating where you actually access the lake - it was completely abandoned.
We did finally find it. It has a small wood shed with 2 picnic tables and access to the lake. There were a few ducks and a bunch of large gold fish (not the small ones used in home aquariums). Both ducks and fish must be overfed - they showed limited interest in breadcrumbs thrown their way.
Pleasant place for a picnic if you are close by - wouldn't bother otherwise.

The fish are there to see close up as well as the place being a nice spot to stop and have a lumch and a strill. Even got a perfectly respectable loo.

This lake is beautiful and very quiet. Nice place to stay for a break.
You can see lots of gold fish there.
