The Melissani cave is a beautiful natural cave and worth a visit. There are steps going down to the lake where you board a boat rowed by a local. The lake is small but the colour of the water is unjust lovely. Make sure it is a sunny day to get the best effect of the sunlight on

Being there twice, first time with friends second time with kids and family. Second time amazed from beauty, scenery, colours of the water and clarity. Logical price for the ticket, do not go mid noon due to buses and delay, better go around late 1400 when rest will be for lunch

The melissani cave is a natural cave after years of geographic changes. The place is fantastic to visit. But remember to allow plenty of time for traffic and the waiting time in the long queue.
