I visited this museum in Villa de Leyva. Place is nice and well maintained. Entrance was free. Tour guide was knowledgeable. It gives a glance to Colombian founding father Antonio Narino.

I am impressed with such a collection. Kids should be taught about the heroes of Colombia. He has done so much for the country. It is a beautiful place, well situated and well maintained. A guide should be good to explain more of the significance...More

This house where the museum is located was renovated very well, so besides the museum you get to see how were the houses 450 yrs ago in this beautiful town of the Andes

Bumped into this Museum by accident and was provided a lovely potted history of one of the Founders of Modern Colombia. Had a guided tour free (in Spanish) and it was one of best things on our visit.

Very interesting, definitely worth a visit. Information in English which was very helpful laid out room by room so that gave it a ton of brownie points for me! 6,000COP.

Housed in Narino's house. It contains some of his possessions plus objects from the era. Not massive and takes about half and hour to cover the whole building. Note the info is only in Spanish. Worth the trip.
