The average tourist is not too interested in the geological conditions that led to the rainbow of colours but it certainly appreciative of such marvels. The site was viewed in the early morning with the sun on it; splendid.

Otherwise you will not appreciate it at all. There is a small Hill in front of the mountain from where you can take pics. They charge 10Ars the entry if you wish, otherwise you can take pics from almost any point in town. I can...More

Well, it’s definitely a must if you are in town. It was cloudy this time and the pictures don’t show the beautiful vibrant colors of the hill. Give it a try, easy access, beautiful and last but not least, free of charge!. Enjoy!.

Fascinating, and you pay 10 pesos each to enter someone's back garden for the best view. Excellent and atmospheric.

This hill is like a beautiful picture painted by Nature for several millions years. It is in Purmamarca, Jujuy, Argentina. This place and Paseo de los Colorados are the best in there.

The scenery on the trip to Purmamarca, and the views of the hills at the town are your compelling reason for this trip to this town. The commercial areas are tourist traps, and parking is paid (and appears to be enforced).

Very beautiful, next to the lovely town of purmamarca. I recommend visiting this place BEFORE the hill of the 14 colors or the Hornocal, it is amazing and will overshadow the hill of the seven colors
