We have read a lot of reviews on this place here and decided that this place is a must visit. Although it wasn’t like this. The steps are closed and there’s no way to get there from the bridge. If you only want to make...More

The Amalfi coast is stunning , Fiordo di Furore was not exceptional, difficult to access a lot of step steps from Furore and view from a busy road

Be aware, access to pedestrian is closed due to a serious accident which happened earlier in July 2019. Only access to the beach is for people on boats.

Very cozy little fjord in the Mediterranean Sea. This little beach is actually closed for visitors due to the possibility of falling rocks, and the remaining buildings are abandoned. But still people go down there to relax and swim and enjoy this beautiful place. You...More

Yes the place is blocked off, but if you have an ounce of athleticism in you then trust me you can get in as I did and have the entire place to yourself. I’m from California and I didn’t fly across the Atlantic just to...More

Beach is unapproachable with no parking place anywhere nearby. Also it was closed during our visit because of construction works.

Great shame the fiord is closed and blocked off due the safety issues. The only access is to look from the Bridge. Or to go by boat, however only to the entrance. Looks so abandoned. Don’t make a special journey as we did, although we...More

Not many people know that this Iconic picture depicting Sorento is in fact 40 minutes away along the Amalfi coast. We stayed in San Michele which is basically the village atop the Fjord. To get to the Fjord we had to descent tons of steps...More

Before you jump off the SITA bus and get disappointed to find out that the steps leading down to the beach is literally bricked walled on both ends, don’t bother with this place. It is not that amazing anyway. What’s worse, the next bus is...More
