This sandy white beach is off the beaten path, and worth any extra effort to get there. Its seclusion means crowds are non-existent and marine life abounds. It is a haven for green sea turtles and they can be found grazing in the shallow waters on marine plant life and sunning

This is a Nation Park Service site - park admission fees apply. It is the site of the native Hawaiian "Place of Refuge". Interesting information. Presentation by the staff person is worth taking in.

This is a really nice place to stop for a walk as there are not that many people. Hike the Ala Mauka Makai trail for 0.7 miles-- you will see a Hawaiian royal fishing ground, There were signs that green sea turtles are around but that morning we went, there were none sighted.

Again one of the top dive spots on the island. Again wear UV tops instead of sunscreen the corals and topography here is hard to beat, lets keep them that way eh? You might find turtles, spinner dolphins, white tips on the rare occasion, eels and all variety of fish. Easy
