Great park! Wonderful for running, biking, walking. Very kid friendly and dog friendly! Loved the bike paths and walking paths. No cars allowed in a majority of the park.

Prospect park is a mini Central park, but with a local charm. Parking is difficult but the subway is available. The west side of the park has a few (but good ) restaurants. Try not to hang out on the south side, it can get...More

A great spot alternative to central park. Get your exercise in and have more space without the noise and tourists. Try it out once!

This is the place. Exactly what I always need to reconnect, stretch out and forget the harsh city for a while. Prospect Park is beautifully designed, and the wild, enchanting younger sister of manhattans Central Park, it is a hub and communal backyard for Brooklynites!

I was cycling from Coney Island back to Manhattan and google maps diverted me through Prospect Park. It took about 20 minutes to cycle through and at first there were police vehicles every few 100 yds. But then there weren’t anymore which made me a...More
