A beautiful park in the middle of the city of Boston. Easy to get to and see other historical sites. Would be a great place to take the family.

Beautiful Park, exciting with dogs, people, squirrels, etc! Public restrooms and in summer looks like that pond will be a splash park - exciting!

This is a good place to take kids to run around in big open space and let out energy after walking around the city all day. There is one decent playground, but overall it's just a large park, nothing incredible.

Great park, very family friendly, good safe vibe. It was clean and great for people watching, and the leaves were changing so beautiful and colorful. No trip to Boston would be complete without walking through the park.

A busy and popular spot with tourists as the freedom trail starts from here. A nice wide open space to rest a while and take in the surroundings.

So many great things to do here. Our last trip, we were just passing through on our way to the Freedom Trail (which starts here). When we were there, there was a lot of litter in the Common, but that might have been because there...More

Large open green area in the heart of the city. Entertainers, crafts, music - something always going on.

A beautiful park, beware of the squirrels though, they are not afraid and will jump on you, as they want food and clearly people feed them.

Thanks for the info from all of you. Good arguments, I agree, pot smell varies with the type. Not legal here but the kid next store sure likes his skunk weed. I only smelled this near that little visitor's center near... More
