As you might gather from the title of my review, you can get cheesed off (literally) with the countless cheese shops and museums that are everywhere in Holland. To give this one its due however, it is in Edam,and it is situated in the Cheese Market, so it might be worth a visit?

Dear John, Thank you for your review. I hope you noticed the little museum that is in the Kaas Waag. We try to be more then yet another cheese shop. Worth to visit, if you haven not tried enough cheese yet! There is a small museum/shop, and you can taste some of the products, even if you do not intend to buy.
