Enjoy seeing this historial bridge. The metal sculptures at the beginning are really beautiful. The sculptures really add to the historical significance of the bridge.

This bridge, its story, the fabulous cattle and cattle drivers sculptures all make for a delightful stop in your visit. If you can get late afternoon you can add a great sunset and pictures.

We walked across it this year. It’s awsome to see the turtles and fish. Will do this from now on. The bulls are right there in front of the bridge.

Driving across this bridge was an interesting treat. Knowing that this was the first bridge across the Brazos River & was a key crossing point in the Chisholm Trail & Shawnee cattle drives. Along side we saw some large bronze statues signifying this. Very cool

We had some extra time while visiting Waco and decided to take a walk to the bridge around dusk. It’s pretty amazing.

Beautiful views great place to watch the sunrise. There are some walking paths on either side of the bridge that go on both sides of the freeway.
