We've been to here at night, saw young people dancing and also a big food market. We had food with very low price and it was delicious. You can try the famous Zanzibar Pizza and different kinds of sea food in there on the stalls.
This is a must-visit park for anyone visiting Zanzibar. Here you don't only experience street food but you mix with locals and different nationalities. It is also by the sea and opposite the house of wonders, the famous UNESCO heritage building.

Forodhani’s location is brilliant. The rooms are comfortable and big enough and I enjoyed the breakfast a lot... but might not suite all European tastes.
The real highlight are the people- extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend the place.
