This is the best way to feel the albanian life style of those times. I always feel to go back on time while listening the museum guide. Don’t miss it.

The museum is a good option to get some historic information about Berat. The infos are available in many different languages and it's also a nice option to escape the hot hours during the summer days in Berat :)

Small but full of interesting stuff. The building itself is delightful and the displays are an excellent commentary on life in the wealthier parts of Albania. Very easy to find, 200 lek to get in and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Totally worth a visit - you learn a lot. Entry is 200 lek per person (100 for students), people are very friendly and objects interesting. There’s something for everyone! Can be done “en passant” for the castle in 30 minutes.

Nice place to visit. You'll get an idea of how locals lived under Ottoman rule. It should take you no more than 30 minutes to complete the whole museum. It is not that big.
