This was our favorite part of the entire trip. We took the deluxe caravan safari and it did not disappoint. From petting and feeding rhinos to giraffes to seeing buffalo & everything in between, it was a true treat. 1000% recommend

Take the San Diego zoo, and put 200 yards between each exhibit, and you have the safari park. The Africa tram is a short drive around a field with animals in it, and if you are seated on the right, as we were, you will...More

We are pass holders and love bringing our daughter here for a quick day outing. She loves seeing all the animals and we enjoy that it is not as far of a drive for us to visit and not as many hills as the zoo.

I would choose the Safari Park. It is more unusual than a regular zoo and has a more "open" feel.
