If you are in Pushkar by the lake avoid all priests and holy men who want to pray for your family and health. Avoid anyone giving you flowers. Visit the Brahma temple its nice.

A holy site for Hindus, which we are not, so were restricted as to how much we could see without being an offending presence. Some of Ghandi's ashes were scattered here and there are 52 ghats surrounding the lake. It appears beautifully tranquil.
