Very well laid out. Lots of people. Lots of access to many VFT that all travel over 200kph. The station was very clean. We had no trouble accessing our train.

For smokers, there are no smoking corners within the zone. Please smoke before entry or you will have to walk 10 mins to the other terminal for a puff.

I would look for a later train. From arrival you may need 60 minutes to get through immigration at PVG and then another 90 minutes to get from PVG to Hongqiao.
