Stadthuys is situated almost in front of the Red Square. After climbing the stairs, we made payment to enter this museum. Lots of artifacts pertaining to the history of Malacca, a getaway from the heat outside. Took about 1/2 hour from start till end.

The small Anglican church as well as museums to visit. There are many touristy carts selling crafts. Nice to walk through before going up to St Paul's church.

It's a busy old place - a lot going on here and therefore a whole lot of people. Got some character, atmosphere and presence, both day and night.

The museum is well laid out and the exhibits are good. You will get a very good insight of the founding of the city and the subsequent history.
