usually, leave the station on the ocean side where you catch the streetcar. Nice walk with lots of unique shops. You can get a craft beer in some places and actually walk around with it, good luck finding a place to dump it though!

A wide array of shops and eateries along this walk from the station to the shrine. Well worth doing.

Komachi Street is a nice walk, and likely required, if you are traveling to see Great Budda of Kamakura.

Some interesting shops. Worth a 15-20 minute walk and it’s right next to JR train station. There’s a McDonald’s if you have to. Lots of ice cream shops.

We strolled down this street for about an hour. There are lots of interesting shops and restaurants. We found this street had less traditional tourist shops and more interesting shops. There were also lots of restaurants to chose from.

The street hosts many different restaurants and shops. From specialty shops with high quality goods to street food and souvenirs. Many restaurants among the street as well as dessert and ice cream shops.
