We were really disappointed by these gardens. Boring straight and narrow gravel path lined by rows of tall trees so it feels very enclosed. There are very few flowers and just some uninteresting statues. Even the fountains weren't very attractive. Maybe we missed something but...More

Summer Garden is one of the gardens located in St. Petersburg, not so far from Hermitage Museum. It was built at the beginning of 18th Century, just only few years after the foundation of the city and probably it was the first garden here. Firstly...More

A peaceful place in the center of the city. If you want to relax and plunge into history, you defenitely have to visit the Summer Garden. Trees, fountains, old statues and river. Two cafes. You can spend here from 15 min to all day.

The Summer Garden (Letny Sad) has been restored to its original vision quite recently. It bedazzles you with a delicate combination of nature and sculpture in visually arresting design. The Summer Garden is relatively small in size and it is worth exploring its lanes and...More
