It’s a quaint little area and definitely worth a stroll if you are in the area. Lots of souvenirs, snacks, clothes, accessories.

Ticket can be purchased at Tobu Toju line ticketing gate @ ikebukuro station. Pass for a return train ride cost 700¥, premium pass includes return train ride and unlimited bus rides in kawagoe for 950¥. Either ways you'll still pay lesser than the regular rides....More
