A must visit if you love Bawa's work. Everything was perfect. We had a good guide who gave us good information on the grounds and buildings.

Spent the afternoon here on a garden tour and look around the 6 rooms they have. This is Bawas spiritual home. Shabby elegant and fabulous. Could do with some love but worth the visit.

Ideally stay at the gate house if you feel you be isolated, given the garden is huge and always isolation is there.

I agree with the other answer. It’s a lovely spot but don’t just turn up without checking tour times as they stick strictly to these.
