It is a high mountain pass (elevation 3,978 m (13,050 ft)) on the eastern Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas around 51 km (32 mi) from Manali. It connects the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul and Spiti Valleys of Himachal Pradesh, India.

It is always enjoyable visiting Rohtang Pass visited 2 Times equally enjoyed both time. Carry your woolen cloth if you are visiting Rohtang Pass.

Its a must visit destination. We enjoyed the snow. We climbed three mountains to reach the Rohtang Pass. The view is beautiful. Even the journey to the pass was very pleasant.

No... weather is very dynamic there .... There could be unpredictable snow at any hour of day during winters.... So, mostly it is not advisable to visit during that time.... Rest you can contact taxi union office in Manali... More
