This is by far my favorite temple, all the massive trees that took over the man made structures are so beautiful and overwhelming

This would have had more impact if visited before Angkor Wat, but was still interested to see how nature had taken over and efforts made to restore it. The wooded walk there was nice and a group of musicians were playing who had lost limbs...More

The problem is overcrowding, everyone wants to take a photo at the scenic spots, some cultures of tourists are considerate to others, however one particular recent superpower is very uneducated. You can’t avoid going to this temple

Scenes from Tomb Raider Movie filmed here. The roots from trees interwoven into the temple buildings. Very spectacular one of the best sights in Angkor Wat historical Park.

One of the most worthwhile of all the temples - lots of beautiful trees and their roots overgrown over the temple ruins. Very Lara Croft/Indiana Jones and definitely lives up to the hype

Harrison Ford? Where are you hiding! This is a magical place. It looks like everyone you ever hoped to find marching thru a jungle. Don’t mis this one!

Ta Prohm is an iconic place - those trees have made it into many photos and movies that it has become mandatory to visit the temple on your Angkor trip. I found it to be wonderful as well, but it is disastrously overcrowded with loud...More

I would suggest 3 nights in Phnom Pehn, 2-3 nights in Kampot relaxing in a river bungalow, 4-5 nights on Koh Rong Samloem (also super relaxing with a few short hiking trails) and 3 nights in Siem Reap. Ofcourse more nights... More
