We had a really great day with Kate as our guide. She explained all of the sites to us and answered all of our questions about the Macedonian way of life. Most of the places we wouldn’t have found or learned about if we did...More
Yet another product of the Skopje 2014 project, this triumphal arch is attractive enough but is kind of lost in an uninspiring setting that does nothing to enhance the visual impact of the monument. It really needs to be set in a more prominent location...More
As other towns in this world someone found out that Skopje should also have a own triumphal arch. Valentina Stefanovska got the work for making it. It shall of course symbolize the independent of Macedonia as country. It had a cost of 4.4 million euro....More

Skopje's Porta Macedonia has scenes of North Macedonian history on its facades, with roof-top access. There 's only 1 street through it (unlike Arc's convergence of avenues). It's worth a quick 5-minute glance.

Excellent service, excellent company, excellent guide ... everything was as described, I took the Ohrid tour but will do another one with Skopje Daily Tours next visit again. Highly recommended! Smile was an excellent guide.
